Nice tones. I like the way the sun reflects off the lower part.

This photo is screaming for a more vertical orientation. The heavy crop of the sky makes it look stumpy.

The sky could use more contrast as well; highlights look dull.

I love the texture of the building. The whole image has a kind of creepy / surreal / sci-fi feel to it. A compositional focal point (some kind of main subject - a fixture, etc, highlighted through the composition) would have helped make the most of those lines.
